15.01.2022 We just want to say last night was hard. The hardest night weve had and we want to thank the community for being patient as we train new staff and endure the obstacles the Covid economic situation and Jobkeeper are giving us. We have no help from the government at all and we dont have enough staff to cover 7 days a week, evening shifts etc. Last night we tried as hard as we could, and it was extremely frustrating and stressful and we apologise to customers as we know it was... cold, wet and everyone was hungry, the long wait times and the lack of service. We as owners, only want to provide the BEST service and quality food we can and last night, we feel we failed at this. We will forge ahead, however these times are tough and will become worse, so hoping the community sticks together as we are in the same boat. Again, we do apologise if we caused any grief or service that wasnt up to the standard we pride ourselves on. See more
